Maintenance Associate
Warehouse & Office Environment
Tenure: Full-Time
Location: Caledon, ON
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Associate to support general maintenance, installations, and facility setup across warehouse and office environments. The ideal candidate will have experience using hand and power tools, assembling and mounting equipment, and performing general maintenance tasks. Previous scissor lift operation experience and valid certification are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and hang signage on walls, doors, racking, ceilings, and warehouse floors.
- Assemble and install shelving, storage racks, office furniture, and fixtures.
- Mount TV screens, monitors, whiteboards, and other wall-mounted equipment.
- Assist with warehouse and office setups, reconfigurations, and workstation relocations.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and building structures.
- Complete minor repairs, including hardware replacements, adjustments, and touch-ups.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and scissor lifts.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in handyman services, facilities maintenance, general maintenance, or warehouse maintenance is preferred.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools and basic power tools is required.
- Experience installing shelving, mounting equipment, and putting up signage is an asset.
- Valid scissor lift certification and previous experience operating a scissor lift are required.
- Comfortable working at heights and performing installation tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Requirements
