Responsibilities

  • Design and execute system-level tests for telecom platforms, including provisioning, eSIM, and Enterprise 5G, under real-world conditions.
  • Build and maintain automated tests using Cucumber (BDD) with Playwright or Selenium.
  • Partner with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and Developers to define acceptance criteria and write Gherkin scenarios.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing across web, API, and cloud applications.
  • Analyze results, find root causes, and log defects in Jira/Xray with full traceability.
  • Validate High Availability and Geo-Redundant systems for telecom-grade reliability.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a System Tester in system-level validation and QA.
  • Strong experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Behave) and Gherkin.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
  • Hands-on with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, and Xray.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Docker/Kubernetes.
  • SIM/eSIM provisioning knowledge, with exposure to Windows, EntraID, Intune, and iOS.
  • Ericsson Adaptive Inventory experience is a plus.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
