We are hiring a "Mortgage Systems Analyst / Business Analyst (SecureHub & Centricity)" for one of our client based out in Canada. Please apply if you are interested.
Title: Mortgage Systems Analyst / Business Analyst (SecureHub & Centricity)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 2 days onsite)
Duration: 06+ Month Contract (Possibility of conversion to fulltime)
Overview
We are seeking a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to support key initiatives within the US Home Loans portfolio. This individual will support mortgage and lending applications, work closely with business and technology stakeholders, and assist with project delivery, system enhancements, and operational support.
Responsibilities
- Support initiatives related to US Home Loans and Mortgage Lending operations.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements.
- Partner with business users, technology teams, and vendors to support application enhancements.
- Assist with testing, implementation, and production support activities.
- Create process documentation, workflows, and user guides.
- Support issue resolution and operational inquiries.
- Participate in project meetings and stakeholder communications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with SecureHub.
- Experience working with Centricity.
- Experience supporting US Home Loans, Mortgage Lending, Loan Origination, or related banking systems.
- Strong Business Analysis or Systems Analysis experience.
- Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Situs AMC.
- Knowledge of mortgage servicing, loan origination, securitization, or lending operations.
- Experience supporting large-scale banking applications.
- Previous experience working within bank or another major financial institution.

- Mid-level resource with hands-on mortgage technology experience.
- Comfortable working with business and technology stakeholders.
- Interested in long-term opportunities and potential conversion to full-time employment.
