Overview

Artemis Gold is a well-financed, growth-oriented gold development company with strong financials aimed at creating shareholder value through the identification, acquisition, and development of gold properties in mining friendly jurisdictions. The Company's current focus is the Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia approximately 160km southwest of Prince George and 450km northeast of Vancouver. The first gold and silver pour at Blackwater was achieved in 2025 and commercial production was declared on May 1, 2025. Artemis Gold trades on TSX-V under the symbol ARTG. Reporting to the Manager - Processing, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Blackwater Mine Management team. Ensuring the efficient operation of the site office and related activities.

Location: Blackwater Mine Site

Schedule: Two (2) Weeks On - Two (2) Weeks Off Rotation

Responsibilities

Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the processing team, including correspondence, document preparation, scheduling, and filing.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements for site and contractor personnel.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions, work orders, and service requests in alignment with site procedures.
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Prepare, maintain, and safeguard the confidentiality of office files.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance schedules, inspections, work orders, and contractor documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and document control standards.
Track and compile departmental KPIs, budget data, and progress reports as required.
Act as a central point of contact for administrative inquiries within the team.
Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Health & Safety, and other site departments to support operational efficiency.
Support logistics for shutdowns, maintenance campaigns, and infrastructure projects.
Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
Team player with the ability to focus on instructions and complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team
Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift
Be a safety leader and respect the traditional territories and culture of the Indigenous communities which host the project site.
