Artika is a Montreal-based home improvement products and solutions brand, widely known for its lighting, fans and other innovative home products - and a 2026 Canada’s Best Managed Company, recognized by Deloitte and Report on Business magazine for leadership, innovation, and strong business management.

We design products that make home improvement more beautiful, accessible, and enjoyable. Bringing together product development, engineering, and design, we turn practical ideas into high-quality, well-designed solutions for everyday living.

The Role

Working alongside Product Development Managers (PDMs), who manage project timelines, costs, and commercial execution, the Project Engineer leads all technical aspects of product development, including specifications, risk management, validation, certification, quality, and manufacturability.

This role serves as the primary technical liaison between suppliers, laboratory teams, certification agencies, quality teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure products meet Artika’s standards for performance, reliability, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Customer Testing and Product Release

Manage customer and retailer testing programs and associated corrective actions.
Coordinate issue resolution between suppliers, laboratories, certification teams, and customers.
