The Role

Artika is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain team. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Supply Planner will be responsible for managing purchasing and planning activities to ensure the efficient flow of goods across our operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate demand and supply plans.

What You'll Do

Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers in alignment with sales forecasts and business requirements.
Monitor and ensure supplier lead times are respected, proactively addressing delays or risks.
Participate in the planning of major programs to align demand forecasts with production capacity.
Communicate relevant updates and potential risks to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Monitor rolling demand and supply plans, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with other departments.
Partner with Sales to ensure timely processing of new orders, modifications, and order expediting.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating pricing, lead times, and replenishment terms.
Prepare and analyze container loadings to meet customer needs while optimizing logistics costs, leveraging internal systems and tools.
Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
Maintain and update supply chain documentation, standard operating procedures, and compliance records.

What You Bring

Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain management.
Experience in major retail distribution (ie. Costco, Home Depot, etc.).
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Solid understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
Experience working with ERP systems required.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle NetSuite considered a strong asset.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with supply chain software/tools is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.

Artika recherche un(e) Planificateur(trice) de l'approvisionnement minutieux(se) et proactif(ve) pour se joindre å l'équipe de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Relevant du Gestionnaire des achats, cette personne sera responsable de la gestion des activités d'achat et de planification afin d'assurer un flux efficace des marchandises. Ce rôle requiert de solides compétences analytiques, une communication efficace et la capacité de collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour maintenir des plans de demande et d'approvisionnement précis.

Vos responsabilités

Émettre les bons de commande aux fournisseurs en fonction des prévisions de ventes et des besoins de l'entreprise.
Surveiller et s'assurer du respect des délais de livraison des fournisseurs, en traitant de manière proactive les retards ou les risques.
Participer à la planification des programmes majeurs afin d'aligner les prévisions de la demande avec Ia capacité de production.
Communiquer les mises jour pertinentes et les risques potentiels aux parties prenantes intemes, en assurant transparence et responsabilisation.
Suivre les plans glissants de demande et d'approvisionnement, analyser les écarts et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives en collaboration avec les autres départements.
Collaborer avec l'équipe des ventes pour assurer le traitement rapide des nouvelles commandes, des modifications et des expéditions urgentes.
Maintenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs, en négociant les prix, les délais et les conditions de réapprovisionnement.
Préparer et analyser les chargements de conteneurs pour répondre aux besoins des clients tout en optimisant les coûts logistiques, en s'appuyant sur les systèmes et outils internes.

Votre profil

Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement, planification ou gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Expérience en distribution au détail à grande échelle (ex. : Costco, Home Depot, etc.).
Compétences analytiques avancées et aptitude à la résolution de problèmes avec un grand souci du détail.
Solide compréhension des processus et des meilleures pratiques de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Expérience avec des systèmes ERP requise.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps, avec la capacité de gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement dynamique et rapide.

Qualifications souhaitées
