Position Description

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Marketing team in the development and execution of creative materials across digital, print, social media, presentations, video, events, and other marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working across multiple types of projects and platforms. The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in maintaining and evolving Artitalia Group’s visual identity while creating professional, engaging content that supports the company’s marketing, sales, and corporate communications.

DETAILS

Graphic Design & Brand Support
Create and adapt marketing materials while maintaining consistency with Artitalia Group’s brand standards.
Assist with the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, corporate initiatives, trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.
Design print and digital materials including brochures, catalogues, advertisements, invitations, signage, business cards, internal communications, and other marketing collateral.
Create layouts and graphics for corporate and client-facing presentations.
Develop mood boards, concept boards, visual references, and other materials to support creative development.
Prepare artwork and files for print and digital production.
Format technical drawings, product information, photography, and other content for use in marketing materials.
Support the Marketing Team with day-to-day creative requests.
Social Media & Digital Content
Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Design social media graphics, posts, carousels, banners, and other digital content.
Assist with planning and developing visual content for recurring social media campaigns.
Resize and adapt creative assets for different social media and digital formats.
Assist with website content updates, including images, portfolio content, graphics, and other marketing information.
Help maintain consistency across the company’s digital presence.
Video & Multimedia
Perform basic to intermediate video editing for social media, corporate presentations, events, product highlights, and marketing campaigns.
Edit short-form video content, including trimming footage, transitions, text overlays, music, graphics, and basic motion graphics.
Assist with the development of animated graphics and visual effects when required.
Support photography and video content creation, including basic photo editing, retouching, and image preparation.
Presentations & Sales Support
Design and update professional presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator).
Support the Sales and Marketing teams with presentation layouts, graphics, imagery, charts, and other visual elements.
Adapt existing presentations for specific clients, industries, events, and business development opportunities.
Ensure presentations are visually consistent, clear, professional, and aligned with Artitalia Group branding.
Trade Shows, Events & Campaigns
Assist in developing creative concepts and visual materials for trade shows, conferences, corporate events, and client initiatives.
Create booth graphics, invitations, signage, promotional materials, presentations, and digital assets as required.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and events.
Research design, marketing, social media, and industry trends to identify new creative ideas and inspiration.
Support event-related photography, video, and content development when required.
Additional Responsibilities
Maintain organized working files, templates, brand assets, and marketing resources.
Coordinate multiple design requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Follow Artitalia Group and departmental policies and procedures.
Perform other related marketing and graphic design duties as required.

Qualifications

DEP in graphic design or equivalent experience
1-2 years of relevant graphic design experience including internship, freelance, agency, or in-house experience.
Portfolio demonstrating graphic design, digital, print, social media, presentation, and/or video work is required.
Proactive, innovative, highly creative and willingness to take ownership of project, Bilingual (French & English), Experience in a fast-paced environment, autonomous, organized, meticulous, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team; stress management
Professional ethics, teamwork, confidentiality, friendly, positive, and social attitude

Technical Skills

Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
