Job Title: Personal Trainer - Part-Time, Evenings + Saturdays

Pay: $32–$37/hour ($32/hr guaranteed base + bonuses)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 4:00–8:00pm, Sat 9:00am–12:00pm (fixed)
We're hiring one coach - and we're being picky.
Arzadon Fitness is a high-performance transformation studio in downtown Toronto. This role runs our semi-private Hybrid floor (not online!!), up to four clients at once, each on their own individualized program in TrainHeroic, with you holding the standard across all of them.
This is not 1:1 personal training. If your ideal shift is one client, one hour, undivided, this won't be a fit. If you love the buzz of a live floor, this role was built for you.
HOW YOU'RE PAID
- $32/hour guaranteed for all 23 scheduled hours - busy floor or quiet, you're paid
- +$10 per foundational session or check-in
- $50/month, recurring, per client you grow the department by - grow it by 5, that's $250/month ongoing
- $300 per client who upgrades to a full Transformation program
- $100 per Hybrid client you source yourself
- First two weeks are paid training at full rate
Typical months: $3,400–$3,700. Plus a written path to a salaried Department Lead role ($40K+, T4) - the growth target is in your agreement from day one. A contract term, not a hallway promise.
REQUIREMENTS
- Certified trainer (CPT or equivalent), current CPR/First Aid
- Comfortable coaching multiple clients at once
- Reliable for the fixed evening + Saturday schedule
- Based in or near Toronto's downtown core
