📈 Taking care of budgets and keeping spending on track - because financial stewardship matters

👥 Supporting and supervising any Magnum York site staff at your properties

📚 Offering helpful guidance on legislation and compliance - so our communities stay informed and protected

🛠️ Identifying ways we can make our properties even better through improvements and innovation

🚀 Promoting and using our in-house systems and processes to keep everything running like clockwork

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

✔️ You have at least one year of experience in condominium management - you know the ropes and are ready to take ownership of your portfolio

✔️ You've worked with maintenance and mechanical projects, or subcontracted services before - that's a bonus!

✔️ You hold a valid Condominium Management Associate license through RECA

✔️ You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and accounting systems, and you're eager to learn new tools

✔️ You understand the ins and outs of budgets, administration, and accounting processes

✔️ You're organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your time and responsibilities like a pro

✔️ You have a good working knowledge of CPA regulations and are familiar with condominium bylaws

✔️ Your communication skills - written and verbal - are strong and professional

✔️ You take pride in excellent customer service and know how to build strong, trusting client relationships

✔️ You have a valid Driver's License, a clean Driver's Abstract, and your own reliable vehicle

✔️ You're willing to complete a Criminal Record Check (required for the successful candidate)

At Magnum York, we believe in supporting our team, offering opportunities for professional growth, and creating a work environment where people enjoy coming to work each day.

Ready to take the next step in your condominium management journey? We'd love to meet you!
