🎯 What We Will Accomplish Together:

You will join a strategic retail banking transformation initiative focused on building a true Enterprise AI Factory. In this role, you will help design, develop, and industrialize high-impact artificial intelligence solutions that enhance customer experience, increase employee productivity, and optimize banking operations.

Working alongside AI architecture experts, data specialists, and business stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to implement applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent agents, copilots, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that will directly shape the future of banking services.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI solutions to accelerate Retail Banking's digital transformation while ensuring the highest standards of governance, security, and compliance.

✅ Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI solutions supporting Retail Banking operations.
Building intelligent applications, copilots, virtual assistants, and AI agents using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and Azure OpenAI.
Translating business opportunities into technology solutions that generate measurable value.
Designing scalable and reusable AI components that can be leveraged across multiple business lines.
Developing enhanced customer experiences across digital channels, mobile platforms, branches, and contact centers.
Building RAG solutions that leverage enterprise knowledge, data, and content.
Designing AI agents capable of interacting with enterprise systems, operational workflows, and knowledge repositories.
Contributing to AI governance, evaluation, monitoring, and model optimization initiatives.

👥 Your Future Team:

You will work within a multidisciplinary team that includes an AI Architect and a Data Engineer. You will also collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, redefine banking processes, and deliver innovative solutions at scale.

Your Profile:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI solution development, automation, or related disciplines.
Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
Strong experience developing RAG solutions and AI agents.
Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of at least one of the following: C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Experience with Azure services and enterprise cloud environments.
Ability to integrate enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and applications.
Experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills and proven experience collaborating with business teams.
Professional-level English proficiency is required.
