You will join an agile squad within a major organization to deliver impactful business and technology initiatives. Your business analysis expertise will contribute directly to process optimization, organizational transformation, and strategic objectives.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting product owners, business partners, and delivery teams in decision-making and deliverables
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to identify needs and challenges
Modeling current and future state processes using BPMN practices
Performing impact analyses and ensuring requirements traceability
Participating in solution evaluations and providing recommendations
Defining UAT scenarios and supporting users during adoption
Contributing to change management and continuous improvement strategies

Relevant university degree

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Leadership, autonomy, and the ability to manage competing priorities

Tu rejoindras une escouade agile au sein d’un acteur majeur de son secteur afin de livrer des projets d’affaires et technologiques à fort impact. Analyser, documenter et faire évoluer les processus et besoins d’affaires afin de soutenir la livraison de solutions créatrices de valeur.

Ton quotidien sera rythmé par :

Appuyer les propriétaires de produits, partenaires d’affaires et équipes de livraison dans leurs décisions et livrables
Animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre les besoins et enjeux
Modéliser les processus actuels et futurs à l’aide des pratiques BPMN
Réaliser des analyses d’impact et assurer la traçabilité des besoins d’affaires
Participer à l’évaluation des solutions et formuler des recommandations
