What we will accomplish together:

You will contribute to a major procurement systems modernization program within a leading organization in its industry. You will act as a key liaison between business teams, technology teams, and implementation partners to support the evolution and adoption of SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass solutions.

Support procurement transformation initiatives from design through deployment while assisting users and suppliers.

Your day-to-day will include:

Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
Facilitating workshops with business experts and stakeholders
Supporting target process design and gap analysis activities
Preparing and coordinating business testing and issue follow-up
Contributing to change management, training, and user adoption activities
Supporting supplier onboarding and activation within SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network
Collaborating on solution stabilization, continuous improvement, and deployment activities

Tu contribueras à un important programme de modernisation des systèmes d’approvisionnement au sein d’un acteur majeur de son secteur. Tu joueras un rôle clé entre les équipes d’affaires, les équipes technologiques et les partenaires d’implantation afin d’assurer l’adoption et l’évolution des solutions SAP Ariba et SAP Fieldglass.

Accompagner la transformation des processus d’approvisionnement, du cadrage jusqu’au déploiement, tout en soutenant les utilisateurs et les fournisseurs.

Ton quotidien sera rythmé par :

Recueillir, analyser et documenter les besoins d’affaires
Animer des ateliers avec les experts métier et les parties prenantes
Participer à la conception des processus cibles et à l’analyse des écarts
Préparer et coordonner les essais d’affaires ainsi que le suivi des anomalies
Contribuer à la gestion du changement, à la formation et à l’accompagnement des utilisateurs
Soutenir l’enrôlement et l’activation des fournisseurs dans SAP Ariba et SAP Business Network
