Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Shared Services Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will support the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and corporate reporting packages. The role involves analyzing revenues, expenses, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Responsibilities

Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, sales and foreign tax assessments.
Handle pension and benefits accounting as well as SOX compliance testing.
Lead accounting process improvements, automation initiatives, and financial systems enhancements.
Act as a liaison between Finance and IT.
Support audits, special projects, and ERP implementations.
Provide mentorship and guidance to the General Accounting team.
