Experience managing appointments, schedules, and service-sensitive freight in a logistics or transportation setting.
Hands-on experience with TruckMate or a similar transportation management system (TMS).
Experience in dispatch, customer service, logistics, customer support, or operations within a transportation or freight environment.
Strong administrative support and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with drivers, dispatch, dock staff, and office teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple routes, appointments, and resource requirements.
