Job Title: Oracle HRIS and Payroll AnalystJob Description

This role focuses on supporting and optimizing Oracle HRIS and its integration with payroll in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will manage complex HR and payroll data, support global implementations and rollouts, and drive process improvements that enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability. The position offers the opportunity to work on a long-term engagement with potential for conversion, while gaining exposure to global projects and multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Oracle HRIS transactions, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across HR and payroll systems.
Troubleshoot Oracle HRIS issues, including integrations and data discrepancies, and resolve them in a timely and structured manner.
Analyze HR and payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and test scripts for HRIS and payroll processes.
Support Oracle HRIS implementations and global rollouts, including configuration support, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.
Lead and support system integrations by performing data mapping, validation, and reconciliation between HRIS, payroll, and related systems.
Ensure accurate and efficient HRIS-to-payroll data flow, working closely with payroll and finance teams to resolve issues.
Handle high-volume data processing with a strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Identify, recommend, and drive process improvements that increase automation, efficiency, and scalability across HRIS and payroll processes.
Prepare and deliver reports and analysis to stakeholders in HR, payroll, finance, and accounting.
Collaborate with shared services and cross-functional teams in multi-country environments to support global HR and payroll operations.
Participate in project work, including testing, implementation support, and change management activities, which may occasionally require work outside standard hours.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users on HRIS processes, reporting, and best practices.

Essential Skills

Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS, including transactions, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of HRIS workflows and data structures.
Proven experience in data investigation, data analysis, and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and test scripts.
Experience supporting Oracle HRIS implementations and global rollouts.
Experience with system integrations, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
Clear understanding of HRIS-to-payroll data flow and dependencies.
Ability to manage high-volume data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Background in payroll, payroll analysis, finance, or accounting.
Ability to work effectively in shared service and multi-country environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with HR, payroll, finance, and technical teams.

Work Environment

This role follows a standard schedule of approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the expectation that you remain flexible and comfortable working outside of standard hours when project work or global rollouts require additional support. The position is structured as a hybrid role, with an expectation of being in the office four days per week initially; after approximately three months, this may shift to three days in the office, depending on team schedules and business needs. Occasional overtime is possible based on project demands and peak periods. The role may involve travel of approximately 1020%, supporting global projects and multi-country operations. You will work in a collaborative environment that partners closely with HR, payroll, finance, and shared services teams, using Oracle HRIS and related payroll technologies, including ADP Workforce Now, to support global HR and payroll processes.
