Job Title: MRO Operations Coordinator Job Description

As an MRO Operations Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end repair and replacement requests for purchased equipment. You will issue Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and coordinate service workflows, ensuring a seamless process. Your role involves collecting and documenting equipment failure details from customers, preparing repair quotations, and processing customer approvals. You will coordinate repair activities with shop and service personnel and source and purchase replacement parts when necessary. Additionally, you will process product returns, credits, and maintain supporting documentation, along with warranty, serial number, and ISO 9000 records. Your support for internal sales teams during peak workload periods will be crucial, ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused service delivery.

Responsibilities

The work environment is an open concept with recently renovated facilities featuring large glass windows and an outdoor cafeteria area under construction. The office and plant are both air-conditioned during summer and heated in winter. The company offers a very stable environment with high employee retention rates. Daytime shifts are available with potential for overtime. The environment is family-run, non-unionized, and low-stress, with many employees having long tenures.
