Aston Carter's client is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting vehicle intake and coordination processes through high-volume outbound calls, data entry, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to vehicle owners and pick-up locations to gather vehicle and location information
Handle 80-100 calls daily in a high-volume environment
Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into company systems
Document detailed notes and follow specific client procedures
Communicate professionally through phone and email correspondence
Support team operations with administrative and customer service tasks

Qualifications

Must Have:

Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Reliable transportation (location is not accessible by public transit)

Nice to Have:

Automotive industry knowledge
Experience with insurance companies or towing services
POS payment processing experience
Microsoft Teams experience
Bilingual language skills
