Hands-on experience with variance analysis, including budget versus actuals, manufacturing cost analysis, and margin analysis.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS and GAAP and the ability to apply these standards in day-to-day accounting.
Demonstrated experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Experience in a transferable industry such as manufacturing, construction, wholesale, distribution, or other inventory-heavy environments.
