Bilingual QE Engineer – Contact Center Tools
Key Skills: Amazon Connect, French Speaking & Test Automation
- Expertise in QE with Contact Center platforms.
- IVR/Routing Automation using Cyara, Hammer, etc.
- Automation testing across UI & APIs (Selenium, Postman, Karate, etc. - any of them).
- Agent Desktop Automation.
- Java core.
- Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support activities.
- Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket/Git, JIRA, Confluence, IDEs (IntelliJ/Eclipse), etc. Experience working in a structured scaled Agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
- French Speaking / Testing Capabilities.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership for maintenance releases, enhancements, and ongoing support of contact center tools. Perform quality engineering and automation testing across IVR and routing, user interfaces, APIs, and agent desktops.
Requirements
Requires contact center quality engineering experience, test automation capabilities, Java knowledge, and French-speaking ability. Familiarity with Amazon Connect, source control and collaboration tools, and working in a scaled Agile environment is expected; Amazon Connect expertise is noted as a plus.
