IVR Developer – Cisco CVP, Call Studio, Java & Amazon Connect

Location: Toronto, ON
Work Mode: 4 days hybrid

Skill Required:

4+ years of experience in DTMF IVR application development in CVP (Contact Center).
Cisco Call Studio / Cisco CVP, VXML Server, CVP Custom Elements (Java), Call Studio GUI, Apache Tomcat.
Java development with client backend integrations (HTTP REST APIs, OAuth2, XML Web Services, MS SQL Server).
Experienced in CVP in Java, API integration, sharing data between IVR and agent desktop, customer self-service solutions.
Knowledge of UCCE / ICM (integration of CVP IVR applications with UCCE routing scripts, DNIS, queuing to skill group, CTI variables, Finesse Agent Desktop), Cyara.
Strong knowledge of AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain DTMF IVR applications using Cisco CVP and Call Studio, including Java custom elements and integrations with backend services. Build customer self-service solutions and support data sharing between IVR applications and agent desktops, including integration with UCCE/ICM routing and Amazon Connect where applicable.

Requirements

Requires at least four years of experience developing DTMF IVR applications in Cisco CVP, with hands-on knowledge of Call Studio, VXML Server, Java, and Apache Tomcat. Experience with backend API and web-service integrations, MS SQL Server, UCCE/ICM, agent desktop data sharing, and Cyara is sought; Amazon Connect knowledge is a plus.
