Role Description
We are seeking an experienced ISU Business Analyst (L2 Senior) to bridge business requirements and technology solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and process flows.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process documentation.
- Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and solution validation.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
- Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Experience in Enterprise Solutions and IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analysis are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or JIRA is expected; enterprise solutions or ITSM experience and relevant business-analysis certifications are preferred.
