Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities
Develop content that showcases company culture, employee stories, manufacturing capabilities, and customer successes
Attend periodic in-person check-ins to review progress, share ideas, and receive feedback

Secondary Social Media Responsibilities:

(Based on candidate interest, skills, and available project time)

Assist with the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across company platforms
Monitor social media channels and help maintain an active online presence
Track and report on social media and marketing performance metrics

Experience & Qualifications:

Required:

Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute new ideas and approaches
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and / or Google Workspace applications

Assets:

Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software

Familiarity with website management platforms
Experience using Google Analytics or other marketing analytics tools
