Original job description

Ataccama is the agentic data trust company. Organizations worldwide rely on Ataccama ONE, the agentic data trust platform, to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and trusted for every decision and system. Powered by the ONE AI Agent, Ataccama ONE brings autonomy to data quality and governance, continuously monitoring, improving, and explaining the reliability of data across complex enterprise and multi-agent environments. At the core of the platform is Ataccama’s market-leading data quality, with modules built around it to unify data quality monitoring, catalog, lineage, observability, and reference data management, ensuring data is consistent and explainable. This quality-first foundation makes data the engine of trust, powering AI, analytics, and operations with confidence.

Recognized as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Augmented Data Quality and positioned furthest in Completeness of Vision, as well as a Leader in the 2026 Forrester Wave for Data Quality Solutions, Ataccama continues to set the standard for enterprise-grade data trust.

Our people are located across the globe. They succeed by collaborating as a team and thrive in our company culture defined by these core values:

Challenging Fun

ONE Team

Customer Centric

Candid and Caring

Aim High

The role

We are looking for a Manager of Global Strategic Partnerships to own Ataccama's most important alliances worldwide. You will lead a select portfolio of global solution partners (GSIs and strategic consultancies) and technology partners (cloud platforms and data ecosystem leaders), and you will be accountable for the full value of each relationship.

That means two things. First, you will drive revenue both to and through these partners: co-sell, co-marketing, joint solutions and marketplace motions that grow Ataccama's business and theirs. Second, you will shape where each partnership goes next, building executive-level alignment and joint long-term strategies that make Ataccama an indispensable part of our partners' own growth plans.

This is a senior, high-visibility role working directly with Ataccama's executive team and our partners' global leadership. If you have built global alliances that went far beyond a referral program, this is the role for you.

What you'll do

Drive revenue to and through our strategic partners

Own global partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets for your portfolio of strategic alliances
Build and run joint go-to-market plans with each partner across North America, EMEA and APAC, including co-sell, joint solutions, industry offerings and cloud marketplace motions
Drive revenue for our partners as well as from them, growing their services, consumption and solution practices around Ataccama
Align Ataccama sales leadership and account teams with partner counterparts on target accounts, pipeline and deal strategy
Lead partner business reviews with clear metrics, forecasts and accountability on both sides

Develop each partnership as a long-term strategic alliance

Own the overall relationship with each strategic partner, including executive sponsorship on both sides
Build and maintain relationships with partners' senior leadership, alliance heads and practice and product leaders
Define a multi-year vision for each alliance and the joint investments, integrations and commercial structures that support it
Identify strategic opportunities that deepen Ataccama's role in partners' platforms, offerings and long-term plans, and bring them to Ataccama's executive team
Represent Ataccama in partner executive forums, advisory boards and flagship events

Lead across Ataccama

Partner with Product and Engineering on integration roadmaps and joint innovation
Work with Marketing on joint campaigns, launches and thought leadership
Keep CRM, forecasts and partner performance data accurate and decision-ready
Bring market and competitive insight from the partner ecosystem back to Ataccama leadership
Turn what works in your strategic alliances into patterns the wider partner program can adopt

Who you are

5+ years in enterprise B2B software
A track record of managing global partnerships across multiple regions, and comfort with the time-zone demands that come with it
Direct experience with global systems integrators, strategic consultancies and/or major cloud and data platform partners
Proven results growing partner-sourced revenue and building joint go-to-market programs at scale
Experience shaping the strategic direction of a partnership, not only managing its pipeline: joint investments, commercial agreements, product integrations and executive alignment
Executive presence and credibility with C-level and senior alliance leaders, inside Ataccama and at our partners
Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with sound judgment on what creates long-term value for both companies
Comfortable with technology and able to explain data management, data quality and AI concepts to business and technical audiences
Self-directed and accountable, able to set strategy and deliver results with minimal oversight
Willing to travel internationally

Nice to have

Background in data management, data quality, MDM, data governance or the broader data and AI ecosystem
Experience with cloud marketplace go-to-market motions
Exposure to corporate development or strategic business development

Perks & Benefits

Long-Term Incentive Program
Get paid vacation plus the freedom of Flexible Time Off (FTO)-a policy that lets you take additional time off when needed, supporting your work-life balance and well-being
5 sick days
The Global Family Support Program - a paid leave program to help all parents focus on the new addition to their family
Health, vision, and dental benefits
"Bring Your Friend" referral program
Flexible working hours & hybrid work setup
Annual package for mental health support
RRSP plan available
Corporate discounts on travel, fitness, attractions, and shopping
Online courses & company access to Udemy to hone your skills
Kitchen stocked with fresh fruit and juice, teas, and the best coffee

At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer - but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch. We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.

While we highly value cooperation with all our business partners, we don’t accept unsolicited resumes from any sources other than directly from a candidate. We reserve the right not to pay any fee for sending an unsolicited offer containing the details or resume of a job candidate, even if the relevant candidate is employed by our company.
