Partner with business development, sales and operational teams to identify opportunities to connect customers with ATCO services and solutions.
Support customer-focused programs, communications and marketing initiatives.
Gather information about market trends, customer needs, competing products and pricing.
Prepare and deliver presentations about ATCO products and services.
Promote a strong customer service culture by sharing customer insights with leaders and employees.
Ensure activities throughout the customer and sales cycle align with ATCO policies and procedures

What You Bring:

A technical diploma, business diploma or a related educational credential.
One to three years of experience in the electricity industry and customer service. An equivalent combination of post-secondary education and relevant experience may be considered.
A valid Class 5 driver’s licence.

Knowledge of customer engagement practices and basic utility financial concepts.
Strong business and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with electric distribution facilities.
The ability and willingness to travel.
