ATCO Frontec is seeking a Red Seal Baker to join our Camp Services team at Artemis Blackwater Mine in central British Columbia, approximately 160km southwest of Prince George and 450km northeast of Vancouver. The Baker manages and leads all aspects of the Bakery at the camp. It involves meeting guests’ needs related to pastries, baked goods, recipes, plating guides, and sanitation standards. They are responsible for inspecting food and equipment on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
The hourly wage for this role is $28.21 / hour.
The rotation for the role is 28 days on, and 14 days off.
Responsibilities:
Oversees preparation of baked goods according to duties assigned, and number guest in-house, with a focus on quality, appearance, adequate production and stocking levels in all serving areas, and minimizing leftovers and product waste.
