Company Description

Aterio provides data to financial institutions and corporations on U.S. AI infrastructure developments. Our insights empower hedge funds, institutional investors and large corporations to make informed, strategic decisions that support better planning and investment strategies.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Executive at Aterio, based in Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work model.

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective companies and key decision-makers, generating and managing sales opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution.

This role requires strong prospecting skills, disciplined follow-up, and close collaboration with product and research teams to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to generate qualified sales opportunities
Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including discovery calls, product demos, proposals, and contract follow-ups
Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies, messaging, and target account lists
Work closely with product and research teams to align customer needs with Aterio’s offerings
Contribute to customer insights, case studies, and feedback that inform product development
Represent Aterio in meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in B2B or SaaS
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously in a structured sales process
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience selling data, SaaS, or market intelligence products is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is an asset

Compensation Range

OTE: Starting at $80,000CAD depending on experience
Equity: Stock option package
Hybrid work environment (3 to 4 days per week in our Vancouver office)
Flexibility for remote work 2 days per week
