Overview

Your role

Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and property management partners.
Support employee onboarding, workplace integration, and operational needs for employees and managers.
Oversee office access processes, security procedures, and access card management.
Develop, document, and improve administrative and operational processes to support project growth.
Standardize office practices between Montréal and Toronto and contribute to continuous improvement and governance initiatives.
Organize and coordinate a variety of team and office events.
Provide general administrative support related to office operations.

Proven experience in office coordination or office management within a professional environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and effectively.
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional internal customer service.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
