Identify performance concerns early and provide timely coaching, feedback, and corrective direction.
Maintain compliance with applicable health and safety requirements and reinforce safe work practices.
Ensure required inspections, testing, documentation, and production records are completed accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production Planning, and Project teams to resolve technical and production issues.
Contribute to reviewing manpower requirements and appropriately allocate resources to meet production and project commitments.
Support root-cause investigations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing rework, improving first-time quality, and increasing productivity.
Ensure tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, and work areas are maintained in a safe and organized condition.
Foster a respectful, professional, and collaborative working environment.
Lead by example and demonstrate integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a results-focused approach.
