Overview

Please note that this job posting is intended for you to express your interest in future opportunities within AtkinsRéalis.

Your role

Develop, implement and assess implementation of Document Management procedures and processes.
Ensure project documentation is received, tracked and monitored according to the Document Management Plan.
Develop and provide training, guidance and coaching to other Document Controllers, internal and external users to ensure a consistent approach.
Provide accurate and timely status reporting metrics of all pertinent document control functions.
Provide document management oversight on the project and ensure that systems and procedures are being properly utilized.
Responsible for overseeing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting the continued development of tools, systems, processes, and procedures.

About you

8-10 years of previous experience in a document management role within the construction, infrastructure, or related industry is required.
Proven experience in all areas of document management including issue, creation, retrieval and retention.
Proficient experience with Aconex is required, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability in managing and developing Document Controls systems, tools, processes and procedures within the engineering and construction sector.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to proactively identify project document management needs and work effectively within a fast-paced environment with various deadlines and competing priorities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
High school diploma is required; studies related to the field are an asset.
