Your Role

  • Lead integrated project controls across the project leadership team, ensuring alignment between clients, delivery partners, designers, contractors, and commercial teams.
  • Develop and govern a single integrated project controls framework, including baselines, data standards, reporting processes, and accountability structures.
  • Facilitate integrated planning, schedule development, milestone alignment, and forecasting activities across multiple organizations.
  • Lead the management of cost, schedule, risk, opportunity, change, and performance reporting to support project objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Provide performance insights, scenario analysis, and option evaluations to support evidence-based decision-making and project optimization.
  • Develop integrated dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that provide a common source of truth for project teams and governance forums.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project controls teams while driving continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

About You

  • Proficiency in integrated planning and scheduling, cost management, risk and opportunity management, change control, forecasting, performance measurement, and executive reporting.
  • Ability to establish integrated project controls processes, shared data environments, common baselines, and transparent reporting frameworks across multiple organizations.
  • Aptitude for influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating collaborative decision-making, resolving conflicts, and building alignment within complex project environments.
  • Proficiency in project controls systems, PMIS platforms, common data environments, data visualization tools, and reporting software.
