Maintain and update project registers, filing systems, and document control processes, including change logs, early warning notices, delay events, RFIs, site instructions, deficiencies, version control, distribution lists, and records within SharePoint, Teams, and other project management platforms.
Support the System Engineering, System Integration and Project Director with project planning, reporting, dashboard preparation, change management tracking, and day-to-day administrative coordination activities.
Coordinate communications and information flow between project teams, discipline leads, consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project schedules, deliverable submissions, transmittals, approvals, and review cycles; track action items, change requests, procurement activities, and stakeholder commitments; and identify and escalate delays, risks, and overdue items affecting project milestones.
Support project mobilization, onboarding, handover, and closeout activities, including turnover documentation, deficiencies, warranties, and as-built records.

About you

Experience working with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, CMiC, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms.
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
