Overview

Project Coordinator to support the planning, monitoring, and governance of a portfolio of projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining portfolio data, coordinating reporting activities, supporting governance processes, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams to drive successful portfolio outcomes.

Your role

Provide administrative and operational support to the Portfolio Director and Project Director.
Support the portfolio governance processes.
Maintain portfolio portal (SharePoint), schedules, reports, and documentation and ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Track portfolio performance metrics, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Support proposal preparation.
Prepare portfolio and account management reports.
Coordinate portfolio review meetings and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, and follow up on commitments.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders (technical team, commercial, finance) and support issue resolution.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of portfolio management standards and best practices.
Contribute to projects coordination.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering.
Experience in Power sector is an asset.
Experience with Microsoft Project and Power BI is an asset.
2-5 years of experience in project coordination, portfolio coordination, PMO support, or a similar role.
Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously is considered an asset.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Language:

French mandatory.
English is an asset.
