  • Establish execution strategies, resource plans, risk management approaches, and performance metrics to support successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate and align multidisciplinary teams, including project management, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and suppliers, to achieve project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support successful project execution and business growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, nuclear safety culture, and compliance with corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

About you

  • Demonstrated commitment to nuclear safety, industrial safety, quality assurance, and customer-focused project delivery.
  • Solid understanding of project execution, contract management, procurement, supply chain management, risk management, and project controls principles.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills, with the ability to influence and drive results across cross-functional organizations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills, with experience engaging clients, suppliers, and senior leadership.
