Project Planning & Materials Management: Prepare accurate material take-offs, coordinate procurement, and ensure materials and resources are available to meet project schedules and requirements.
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, proactively resolve issues, and provide regular updates on schedules, costs, billing, and financial forecasts to our internal stakeholders.
Supplier & Subcontractor Coordination: Engage with third-party suppliers and subcontractors to source materials, equipment rentals, and other services, ensuring alignment with project budgets and timelines.
Project Billing & Financial Administration: Attend monthly internal invoicing, prepare and submit progress billing statements, and support accurate and timely financial reporting.
Project Performance Analysis: Conduct monthly earned value analysis, monitor project costs and performance against budgets, and identify variances and opportunities for corrective action.
Continuous Improvement: Facilitate lessons-learned sessions upon project completion, document key findings, and recommend improvements to enhance future project delivery.
