Original job description

Join our team and experience Audiokinetic!

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to coordinate and execute projects across marketing. This role is for someone who enjoys making things happen. You will manage timelines and moving pieces while also doing the hands-on work required to move projects forward.

The ideal candidate is able to wear multiple hats and enjoy a dynamic team environment. You will support our company’s marketing efforts to help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for planning projects and managing resources, we want to meet you!

What will you do?

The work generally involves, but not exclusively, the following tasks:

Lead projects from start to finish: orchestrate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment to bring our initiatives to life on schedule.
Bring our campaigns to life: drive multi-channel execution across email, social media, and digital platforms to maximize reach and community engagement.
Craft impactful content: draft, review, and structure compelling communications tailored to our diverse audiences and objectives.
Build high-performing automated workflows: design and optimize seamless workflows for launches, event registrations, reminders, and strategic follow-ups.
Explore market trends and opportunities: conduct targeted research and competitive intelligence to fuel our campaigns, programs, and strategic partnerships.
Turn data into actionable insights: track performance, evaluate campaign impact, and deliver concrete optimization recommendations.
Elevate key reporting metrics: centralize and structure marketing, educational, and business performance metrics to provide clear insights during monthly reviews.
Keep operations running seamlessly: structure collaborative tools (dashboards, calendars, tickets) to ensure complete visibility across all ongoing projects.
Nurture team knowledge sharing: organize and maintain our internal knowledge base to foster cross-team autonomy and seamless information sharing.
Drive everyday innovation: proactively identify efficiency gains, automate repetitive tasks, and continuously refine our team workflows.

What do you bring to the team?

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Experience with CRMs and/or marketing automation tools.
Comfortable navigating between project coordination and hands-on execution.

Your profile in action:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work effectively across teams and adapt quickly as priorities change.
Ability to prioritize short-term and long-term projects.
Strong analytical mindset paired with exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn, strong self-reliance, and a proactive attitude when tackling new challenges.
Proven active listening and synthesis skills to capture key takeaways and turn them into concrete actions.
Interest in audio, gaming or technology.
Experience with video/photo editing, an asset.

Why join the Audiokinetic team?

Audiokinetic is the leading provider of cross-platform audio solutions for interactive media and gaming, and sets new standards in interactive audio production for location-based entertainment, automotive, consumer electronics, and training simulation. A trusted and strategic partner to the world’s largest interactive media developers and OEMs, Audiokinetic has a long-established ecosystem of allies within the audio industry and amongst platform manufacturers. The company’s middleware solutions include the award-winning Wwise® and SoundSeed®, as well as Wwise Automotive™ and Strata™.

Audiokinetic, a Sony Group Company, is headquartered in Montréal, Canada, and has subsidiaries in Tokyo, Japan, Shanghai, China, and Hilversum, The Netherlands.

We are looking for people passionate about interactive audio in games, virtual reality, and interactive experiences. We value creativity, curiosity, attention to detail, collaboration, autonomy and initiative. We cultivate an inclusive work environment, creating a space where every collaborator is invited to express themselves, and promoting "the best idea wins" notion regardless of your role in the company.
