We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will support the management of the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.

About The Role

  • Support the management of the overall administration of subcontract packages, including their review, negotiation, and finalization.
  • Provide assistance in the establishment and setup of project procurement and contract packages, ensuring alignment with project requirements and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, client directives and the achievement of project objectives.

  • Experience with working with the client’s business procedures and documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant experience in procurement and contracts administration, showcasing a solid understanding of contract processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, facilitating clear and concise interactions with team members and clients.

We’re committed to a fair and human hiring process. All applications are reviewed by a member of our team and are not automatically screened or rejected by AI.
