Our reputation is built on honest advice, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a confident, outgoing, personable Service Advisor who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural ability to build relationships.

Communicate with customers throughout the repair process
Obtain approval before additional work is completed
Coordinate closely with technicians to maintain shop flow and productivity
Monitor work in progress and help minimize comebacks
Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records
Assist with parts ordering, warranty documentation, and customer transportation when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Follow all shop, safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures

Excellent communication and people skills.
Previous customer-facing experience; automotive experience is preferred
1-2 years of automotive service experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.

Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong computer skills; Protractor experience is an asset.
Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
