CDK experience is considered an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

Votre rôle

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Conseiller(ère) technique expérimenté(e) passionné(e) par le service à la clientèle afin de se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'expérience client en assurant un service professionnel et personnalisé aux clients qui choisissent BMW MINI Laval pour l'entretien de leur véhicule.

Responsabilités principales

Accueillir les clients et discuter de leurs besoins en matière d'entretien et de réparation
Évaluer les coûts et les délais requis pour une vaste gamme de réparations
Répondre aux demandes des clients en personne et par téléphone
Préparer les estimations de réparation en tenant compte des pièces, fournitures et de la main-d'œuvre
Rédiger les bons de travail en détaillant les problèmes ou symptômes du véhicule
Assurer la liaison entre les clients et les techniciens
Effectuer des essais routiers lorsque requis afin de confirmer les réparations
Maintenir des dossiers précis concernant les problèmes signalés et les interventions effectuées

Qualifications

Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en concession automobile à titre de conseiller technique
Expérience avec le système CDK, un atout
Excellentes connaissances du domaine automobile
Capacité démontrée à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle
Aptitude à atteindre et dépasser des objectifs de performance
Capacité à exceller dans un environnement rapide comportant plusieurs priorités
Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Capacité à demeurer calme et professionnel dans les situations difficiles
Sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans les suivis
Intérêt et aisance avec la technologie
Permis de conduire valide avec un bon dossier de conduite
