Job details

Job type: Full-time
Posting language: English · French

Original job description

English section of this bilingual listing.

You'll join the WWM Business Insights & Analytics team that supports Autodesk's go-to-market and digital businesses. We turn subscription, sales, marketing and customer data into answers and dashboards that leaders use to run the business.

This is an end-to-end role. You take a stakeholder question, find the data, analyze it, build the report, share it, and keep it healthy afterward. You'll use AI tools every day to work faster and to check your own work.

Responsibilities

Answer business questions. Take ad-hoc requests from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams. Pull the data, analyze it, and reply with a clear, number-backed answer
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards. Design reports, write DAX measures, and xmanage refreshes and access. Fix issues quickly when a number looks off
Write SQL against Snowflake. Query subscription, ACV, ARR, customer, web and marketing data. Do the joins, filters and aggregations in the warehouse
Keep data trustworthy. Reconcile dashboard numbers against the source, document how each metric is defined, and tell real business movement apart from data issues
Use AI tools in your workflow. Use Claude, ChatGPT and similar tools to draft and debug SQL and DAX, explore data, summarize findings and automate repetitive work. You always verify the output before it goes out
Communicate with stakeholders. Write short, direct updates that lead with the conclusion. Explain what moved, why, and what to do next
Document your work. Record definitions, assumptions and changes so others can pick up where you left off

Minimum Qualifications

Strong experience in business intelligence, analytics or a similar role
Hands-on experience with Power BI: building and maintaining reports, DAX and data modeling
Working SQL skills: joins, aggregations, CTEs and window functions, on large datasets
Strong analytical thinking. You can break a vague question into something answerable and check that the numbers make sense
Clear written and verbal communication, including with non-technical stakeholders
Ownership. You take work from request to delivery to maintenance with little direction

Preferred Qualifications

Previous use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) for analysis or coding
Familiarity with Autodesk's business or with software-subscription metrics: ACV, ARR, renewals, churn, active base and customer segmentation
Experience with Snowflake or another cloud data warehouse
Interest in marketing, sales or finance analytics
Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or a related field. A bachelor's degree in a related field with equivalent experience also works

English posting follows.
