We are looking for a Performance Manager who is passionate about data, coaching, business relationships, and continuous improvement.

Your Role

As a Performance Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to a portfolio of automotive dealerships.

By combining data analysis, industry best practices, and Activix solutions - including our CRM platform and Matador - you will help clients achieve sustainable performance improvements while developing long-term business relationships and ensuring their ongoing success.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term trusted relationships.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement.
Present actionable recommendations to optimize sales, follow-up, and customer retention processes.
Coach managers and their teams through tailored training and performance coaching.
Drive the adoption and effective use of Activix solutions, including our CRM platform and Matador.
Plan and facilitate regular business review meetings, both in person and virtually.
Develop action plans, monitor progress, and measure results.
Identify emerging client needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions, modules, or services to support their business objectives.
Manage service agreement renewals by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and demonstrating the ongoing value of Activix solutions.
Collaborate with the Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Document client interactions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and best practices.
