Role Description Avalon Construction is looking for motivated individuals to join our field team in hail-affected communities.

This role involves speaking with homeowners, offering complimentary exterior inspections, completing basic property inspections, and helping identify potential restoration opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Work in assigned residential areas
• Speak with homeowners professionally
• Offer complimentary exterior property inspections
• Complete basic inspections
• Collect and accurately record required information
• Coordinate inspection opportunities with the Avalon team

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications
• Door-to-door, sales, canvassing, construction, or roofing experience is an asset but not required

Training

Full training and field support will be provided.

No roof climbing is required.
