- Strategic and operational leadership: Provides senior-level accountability for the management, growth, and continuous improvement of Modern Workplace Service portfolio and cross functional offerings within Avanade’s Global Shared Services.
- Portfolio and client management: Oversees multiple clients, service delivery, financial and commercial performance, stakeholder relationships, and operational risks.
- Business transformation: Drives strategic initiatives such as Cross functional offerings like Avanade Premier Support (Microsoft Unified support alternative), Command center as a service, Hypercare support and M365 Support as a Service, automation, SLAs, and scalable managed services models.
