- SCADA Systems
- CDF (Central De-Icing Facility)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for airport operational applications and integrations.
- Manage incidents, service requests, RCA activities, problem management, and operational escalations.
- Coordinate with airport stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure, network, security, and project teams.
- Support airport operational systems including IOCC, CAD, CDF, SCADA, RMS, ACDM, FIDS, AVDGS, and Baggage applications.
- Execute failovers, DR exercises, maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, and operational readiness activities.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclosure
