We are having an urgent opening for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Language Required: French

Mandate Overview

The client is looking for a senior developer whose main field is Microsoft Dynamics CRM, with command of the CI/CD chain. The role covers the full cycle: requirements analysis, design, coding with automated tests, installation, integration of technical components and issue resolution. Two responsibilities define the position: reading CRM and Power Platform logs and traces to detect anomalies, and managing Dynamics and Power Platform deployments across environments, including rollback. The description also uses the standard Desjardins "advisor" wording (needs analysis, recommendations, work planning), which calls for analytical autonomy without turning the role into an architect or analyst position. The named best practices (clean architecture, clean code, design patterns) help differentiate comparable senior profiles.

Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

Avanciers Incorporated is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive and accessible workplace. We welcome applications from all qualified individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or any other protected characteristic. We are committed to providing accessible employment practices that comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

Important Information for Applicants

Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted
Proof of qualifications may be requested
Background checks may be conducted as part of the hiring process
Avanciers Incorporated does not use Canadian Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) during the application process

Avanciers Incorporated thanks all applicants for their interest; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
