Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a [Salesforce Technical Lead - Financial Services Cloud ] for one of our clients.

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead - Financial Services Cloud

Job Location: Hybrid role in Montreal (2 days/week onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 11+ months

Compensation Range: CAD 100-CAD 105 per hour

Job Description

  • Wealth Management Modernization Authority: Serve as the core technical reference for an enterprise CRM modernization program centered on Financial Services Cloud (FSC), covering Client 360, financial relationship management, client onboarding, and personalized service.
  • Dual-Track Responsibilities: Balance hands-on technical architecture (critical code reviews, development standards, Apex/LWC, Flow, and CI/CD) with strategic enterprise advisory (defining 2 5 year roadmaps, Salesforce governance, and leading Discovery/Assess workshops with VPs).
  • Enterprise & Legacy Integration: Architect robust API-led and event-driven integrations to seamlessly connect Salesforce with existing institutional legacy backends and data sources.
  • Comprehensive Multi-Cloud & DevOps Mastery: Require proven delivery of at least one large-scale institutional FSC implementation, alongside strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise DevOps release management.
  • Delivery Discipline: Operate within a deadline-driven culture, replacing an existing resource to unblock delivery roadblocks and ensure strict adherence to development milestones.
  • Requiring fluent French and a French resume.
