Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients.
Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst
Job Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Duration: 6+ Months
Compensation Range: $45 - $50 per hour
Job description:
Expertise in documenting and analyzing business and technical requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
Understanding of multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO), SAML, OIDC.
Knowledge of security standards.
Ability to work with APIs and understand RESTful services.
Basic understanding of application architecture and integration patterns.
Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, and security teams.
Experience in facilitating workshops and discussions.
Ability to identify gaps in current solutions and propose improvements.
Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
