Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Technician (Level 2) to join our team in Toronto, ON, Canada. This role will be responsible for providing Research, resolves and responds to complex questions received via TICKETING SYSTEM or escalations, and provides support on services in accordance with current standards. Follows up with user to ensure problem is resolved satisfactorily.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on, walk-up support for Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity issues.
Execute approved quick fixes for password resets, AD access, and standard enterprise applications while adhering strictly to IT compliance and security policies.
Maintain, provision, and configure ready-to-use replacement laptops and peripherals to minimize end-user downtime.
Create, update, and route incident tickets accurately. Ensure detailed documentation of all walk-up interactions, troubleshooting steps, and escalations.
Quickly diagnose whether an issue can be resolved at the L1/1+ level or requires immediate escalation to advanced support tiers.
Manage and troubleshoot iOS devices through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in both English (C1+)
4+ years in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Walk-Up IT Support role.
Solid grasp of Windows environments, basic networking, hardware break/fix, and enterprise ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
Patient, professional, and capable of translating technical jargon into simple terms for end-users.

Education / Expertise

Technical degree with 2 years of technical experience; or high school diploma/GED with 3 years of technical experience.
Minimal 3+ years of experience in hardware, software and networking implementation and troubleshooting in a Helpdesk or Deskside Support environment.
