Job Profile

We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support professional to run our Walk-Up IT Tech Bar experienced break fixes, device hot-swaps, and delivering a great user experience.

Technical Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on, walk-up support for Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and network connectivity issues.
Execute approved quick fixes for password resets, AD access, and standard enterprise applications while adhering strictly to IT compliance and security policies.
Maintain, provision, and configure ready-to-use replacement laptops and peripherals to minimize end-user downtime.
Create, update, and route incident tickets accurately. Ensure detailed documentation of all walk-up interactions, troubleshooting steps, and escalations.
Quickly diagnose whether an issue can be resolved at the L1/1+ level or requires immediate escalation to advanced support tiers.
Manage and troubleshoot iOS devices through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, compliance, and application deployment.

Must Have:

Fluent in English.
4+ years in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Walk-Up IT Support role.
Solid grasp of Windows environments, basic networking, hardware break/fix, and enterprise ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).
Patient, professional, and capable of translating technical jargon into simple terms for end-users.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on walk-up support for Windows devices, peripherals, network connectivity, and iOS devices managed through MDM. Maintain replacement equipment, resolve approved common issues, document and route incidents, and escalate issues that require advanced support.

Requirements

Applicants must be fluent in English and have at least four years of Help Desk, Service Desk, or Walk-Up IT Support experience. They should understand Windows environments, basic networking, hardware break/fix, and enterprise ITSM tools, and communicate patiently and professionally with end users.
