Review software designs, code, and other work products to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with established engineering standards.
Mentor and coach junior engineers by providing technical guidance, explaining design trade-offs, and supporting their professional development.
Lead effort estimation for new tasks and contribute to project planning and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with senior engineers and management to establish, improve, and enforce coding standards, development tools, environments, and software engineering processes.
Develop and execute automated tests to verify software functionality, performance, and reliability in real-time environments.
Support software integration, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to team objectives and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management or the team lead.
