- Advanced hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts), including designing scalable CI/CD architectures, enforcing governance standards, and driving infrastructure-as-code practices using Bicep or equivalent technologies
- Deep proficiency with modern DevSecOps tooling, including Git, Docker, Bicep, PowerShell/Bash, and cloud-native monitoring/observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Log Analytics
- Relevant senior-level certifications strongly preferred, such as Microsoft Certified: DevSecOps Engineer Professional/Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent cloud/DevSecOps credentials
